RETURN POLICY

If you just received your Travel Pillow and tried it out on your first flight or at home, but did not find it comfortable, then please note that our product has a break-in period. Like new footbeds for your feet, a standing desk, or lifting weights for the first time in years, your body needs time to adjust to your new posture. Here are our instructions again for first time users. 

Bullbird stands by the performance and workmanship of our equipment. If you are not happy for any reason within 30 days of receiving your product, we will refund or replace your purchase for a full refund less return shipping and handling costs ($9.05 for lower 48 States). We also guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for life. Yep forever.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including undamaged manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. Per legal regulations, pillows must have the law label attached.

Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of receipt of delivery of the product. Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to credit into your respective account.

Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on used Neck Gaiters, Protector Covers or Hat Products.
